Bad Credit Rating Repair

Jim and Susan were good people. They both had jobs, their lives were on track and they were about to have a baby. They lived in an apartment, and were saving up for a down payment on a house. They thought that their financial lives were in order, and they would have no problems getting a house. Never did they think for a minute that they would be in need of a bad credit rating repair.

They went to a realtor and looked at some nice houses that were in their price range. Some of them were beautiful, and some of the were too large. They were looking for a starter home. What they wanted in the house was what normal Americans want: dishwasher, washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator. They also wanted a small yard so that when the baby was old enough it could go outside and play without running into the street. They had some specifics in mind.

After a few months they found something the both liked and the price was right. They met up with the bank to get a loan and then they waited for a few days for the news to come back that they were getting the loan, never once fearing that they might have to look into bad credit rating repair. As they waited, they dreamed about the day they would move into their new home.

The letter came back as denied because of a low credit rating. They didn't understand. They thought that they were making all of their payments and in a timely manner.

That is when they went to Bad Credit Rating Repair. On the website they found out how to get the same Credit Report that the bank got. They also found out that there were 3 bureaus they had to get a report from or that kept their credit profiles. The bank told them that all the information on the reports that they had was accurate.

When they got their free copy of their credit report, the first thing they noticed was that Jim's Social Security number was wrong. When they went back to the Bad Credit Rating Repair site, they also found information out how to write a letter to the Credit Reporting Agency to correct this error.

Looking down the page, they found there was a bad remark on the report about Jim not paying off a car loan, many years ago, that he knew had been paid off. So, Jim followed Bad Credit Rating Repairs advice and wrote a letter to the company that he got his previous car from, to get them to tell the Credit bureaus to take that off his report.

Finally, after about 5 months he got another copy of his credit report and it had all the corrections on it.

They went to another bank and did get the loan they very much needed.
